Our lemon & lime marmalade with hints of bay & lime leaves

Silver Medal winner in the National Marmalade Awards 2019. This wonderfully tart lemon & lime marmalade has a hint of bay leaf.  Layer on toast, fresh bread or on bread & butter pudding, it’s utterly delicious and will absolutely wake up your tastebuds in the morning!

INGREDIENTS: Lemons and Limes (41g fruit per 100g), Sugar (58g per 100g), Bay, Lemongrass, Lime Leaves.


NUTRITION: Typical Values. 100g contains: Energy 371.6kj/123.9Kcal, Fats 0.2g of which Saturates 0.0g, Carbohydrates 94.4g, Sugars 89.6g, Fibre 1.8g, Protein 0.6g, Salt trace.

Store in a cool dry place. After opening refrigerate and use within 6 weeks.

    Thick cut, soft set, tangy Lemon & Lime marmalade; with underlying subtle sweetness. Only ever associated Bay & Lime leaves with casseroles & curries; lemongrass giving sweetness to Thai food. Good for breakfast & probably cakes as well. Excellent products all round, thank you Jane.
